By purchasing anything on the site you are agreeing to adhere to my store's policies and terms.
REGARDING ITA BAGS AND OTHER NON ENAMEL PRODUCTS:
You have 14 days from receipt of your product to tell me if it's defective. Two weeks should be PLENTY of time to see if the product works or not or if it's a manufacturer defect versus user error. Please includes photos in your email. If for some reason you fail to contact me you then all returns/replacements will be dealt with on a case by case basis, but the only way to have me 100% responsible (paying for shipping, etc) is to be contacted within the first 14 days of receipt of the product.
FAQ:
1. WHAT IS YOUR QUALITY GRADING POLICY?
1. Collector's Grade: "Best for pin board collectors! Guaranteed free of air bubbles, stray paint/glitter specs, metal plating defects (excluding backs) and low-fill or gouged enamel."
2. Standard Grade: Meant to be worn! Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections of the type mentioned above. Standard orders may be filled as collector's grade but are not guaranteed as such."
3. Seconds Grade: For Budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types mentioned above, or: peeling enamel, missing enamel, or other unexpected Problems."
Any order placed as a PRE-ORDER will be Collector's or high quality Standard grade. Any pin with glitter might have one or two color specs in the wrong place. These are HAND-MADE. You CANNOT expect perfection. By purchasing you agree to this grading policy.
2. WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN POLICY?
No returns will be accepted, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I've explained my grading system for all to see, therefore no refunds will be issued.
I offer insurance for $1 to protect your purchase from damage in transit.
3. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they are in stock, that can take between 3-5 weeks. All pins in stock have a 1 to 2 week processing time. It can take as little as 3 days, but I need to extend the shipping estimate to protect myself in case there are any delays. Please do NOT make an order if you are not comfortable waiting 1-2 weeks, as there are no refunds or exceptions. Thank you for your patience. If you noticed that your shipping status is 'pending acceptance' that means that USPS hasn't picked up the shipment yet, and it's waiting to be scanned in. Thank you for your patience!
All preorders that are ordered with instock items are shipped at the same time-- when the preorder arrives!
If for some reason your pin mail gets returned to me, you are expected to pay for shipping to have it sent again. Having the mail returned does not make my cancellation or return policy any less valid and I am not responsible for you putting in the wrong information. I run this business alone and simply cannot afford to pay to reship items due misinformation.
4. WHERE IS MY ORDER?!
Before you email us about your package the first thing you need to do is contact USPS or your local post office and open a missing package case! Often times the package is missing or marked as delivered because it is being returned to sender! Usually a delivery attempt was made but they were not able to leave the package! Be sure to ask neighbors if they received your package by mistake! These problems are issues with the USPS and need to be taken up with them first before contacting us, as this will be exactly what we tell you to do before we can help you further! Thank you so much!
Domestic Shipping All domestic orders are shipped via USPS first class shipping and have a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 1-7 business days of when the order was placed. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location within the United States. We are not responsible for packages that have been mis-delivered, or lost in the care of USPS. We highly recommend that you choose "Package Insurance" for $1 extra to be sure that you have insurance on your order in the event that USPS makes a mistake and you don't receive your package! (Covers up to $100)
International Shipping We ship all over the world! All international orders are shipped via USPS first class shipping. Orders are shipped out within 1-7 business days of when the order was placed. Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on quantity purchased and your location. Customs and import duties may be applied to orders when your shipment reaches its destination-- Rozarria is not responsible for these fees. We highly recommend that you choose "Package Insurance" for $1 extra to be sure that you have insurance on your order in the event that USPS makes a mistake and you don't receive your package! (Covers up to $100)
Please remember, it can take 2 weeks to 2 months to receive a package, due to customs and import delays.
If you would like to add International tracking please send me an email with your order number and we can do an upgrade for an additional $10.
5. DO YOU DESIGN THESE? WILL YOU DESIGN MINE? I WANT ONE SPECIFIC PIN.
Non-commercial commissions are currently unavailable.
6. HOW DO I CARE FOR YOUR APPAREL?
As with any hand made apparel it is recommended that you wash it on cold inside out, and hang dry or dry on low inside out!
6. HOW DO I CARE FOR YOUR WOVEN BLANKETS?
Please machine wash cold and gentle and tumble dry low or line dry.
7. HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR TEA BLENDS?
I curate every tea blend by selecting other teas and inclusions that best represent the character I'm making a blend for. I work with Adagio to produce the blends. These blends are only available in my store (for now). Thank you!
